Founded in 2000 by Rob Cowling, our company has continually adapted to the evolving needs of our clients and the dynamic environment in which we operate, establishing ourselves as a leading Learning and Development organisation.

What Is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery is an advanced psychometric tool based on Carl Jung’s psychology which uses a four-colour language model to help individuals understand their preferences and effectively interact with others.
Our licensed Insights Discovery practitioners use this tool to build cohesive teams that connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively. It is a foundational element of our core offerings.

Rob has built a 30-year career in Corporate Wellness, remaining at the forefront of the science of wellbeing and performance.

As a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner, Rob’s focus extends beyond wellness into leadership and organisational development, helping individuals and teams enhance self awareness, resilience, and effectiveness.
